Eric joined FMV in 2010 and brings valuable insight into multi-use high-rise living through his experience on Owners Corporation Committees. He holds an Executive MBA and a Master's Degree in Project Management, Property & Construction.

Debraj is an accomplished operations leader with over 18 years of experience in accommodation and building management. He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and UCLA and is known for building efficient operations and leading high-performing teams.

Ashley has been with FMV since 2014 and brings over 17 years of experience in facility and building management. He is an FMA-accredited Facility Manager and licensed Real Estate Agent with extensive high-rise residential management experience.
